When the reservation is confirmed, a confirmation voucher will be sent by e-mail. You must print and show it to the accomodation provider, who reserves the right to change conditions and prices applied in the confirmation voucher.

When the reservation is confirmed, it is fundamental that any modification or cancellation request is made through GD Italy.com, by using the same online forms you used to make your reservation. In the confirmation voucher you will find links to these online forms. Any other method you should use to make Cancellation or Modification requests will not be considered valid.

GD Italy.com (www.GDItaly.com), assumes no liability for accomodation arrangements. Therefore it cannot be considered responsible for omissions or actions of the accomodation providers.

As far as the Contract is concerned, GD Italy.com is not part of the contract between accomodation provider and guest.
